Contact zdrop004@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

Contact us before sending an item back; we will provide the return address and instructions. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover any necessary return costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including any rights concerning faulty goods.
