We offer free worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are included in the price shown before you pay.

Orders are prepared within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes up to 9 additional business days after dispatch: up to 12 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

We will email the available tracking details after dispatch. If your order is late, damaged or missing, email zdrop004@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate solution. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
